Our Spa Policies
Contraindications
There are contraindications for Spa treatments that include, but are not limited to, pregnancy, infectious skin disease, allergies, recent surgery, high blood pressure, excessive or daily medication, serious cardiac conditions, cancer, fever and fractures or dislocations, epilepsy and asthma. If you have a medical condition, it is imperative that you inform the reservations desk when making your appointment and your therapists prior to treatment.
Precautions
We recommend eating and drinking in moderation and avoiding alcoholic beverages prior to your spa service, heat treatments, exercise classes, sauna and steam. If you need to shave (particularly beardless men receiving a facial), do so at least two hours before your appointment. Do not shave legs prior to a body scrub treatment. Sunburn may limit your enjoyment of your spa treatments; please be conscientious in using sun protection.
Modesty
Neveah will provide you with a robe, slippers, towels, and other amenities. Our therapists are trained to drape towels or sheets discreetly to protect your privacy at all times.
Jewellery and Valuables
Most therapies flow more easily without the interference of jewellery. We recommend removing neck and wrist ornaments.
Loss or Damage
We recommend that you leave your jewelry and any other valuables at home. Neveah is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten personal articles and valuables.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the spa service price but is left at guest discretion. 20% is customary.
We reserve the right to refuse service, without a refund, for inappropriate actions or use of language.
